In this layout, the tubes are where all the toilet waste comes out from the city, and the things floatin in the sea are camerass! and the building on the right is a prison ( larry's idea ) and the whole in the cave is the entrance in the cave where u have to go through a series of stairs to get to the main building or the cities entrance! OR u can take the elavator which is staff excess only! =)

just a quick concept, hope u guys get it, there are roads that link everything up that even goes up in the air. And there is an underground entrance to this city which can only be accessed through the main building. Parts of it is cut off cuz my scanner isn't big enough like a flying car on the top! anyways, i'll show u guys when i get to school anyways. And pretend the blank areas in this concept lays houses. thanks. peace out
