In this layout, the tubes are where all the toilet waste comes out from the city, and the things floatin in the sea are camerass! and the building on the right is a prison ( larry's idea ) and the whole in the cave is the entrance in the cave where u have to go through a series of stairs to get to the main building or the cities entrance! OR u can take the elavator which is staff excess only! =)
